GENERAL PRINTING RATES
Our basic rates apply to jobs using white, 20 lb. paper with black ink, and an appropriate original or digital file provided by the customer.
Printing with colored ink (standard colors) will cost slightly more, plus $20-30 to change colors, depending on color and sheet size. Mixing ink costs an additional $20-30. Jobs with large solid blocks of ink, half-tones (photos), close registration, reverses, bleeds, etc., may cost more.
Computer composition or adjustment will be added at the rate of $60 per hour, with a $15 minimum charge. There is a general minimum charge of $18 for completed jobs.
SHORT-RUN JOBS
There is a basic minimum set-up charge for jobs of less than a thousand. The cost of these short-run jobs is figured by adding the appropriate percentage of the regular 1000 copy rate to the basic set-up charge.
Multi-Color Work
We will print jobs in multiple colors, subject to added ink costs and color change charges. The basic cost of printing a second color is $25 per side for the first thousand and $20 per side per thousand for subsequent thousands on 8½ x 11” and 8½ x14” paper. The extra cost is $30 and $25 for the first and subsequent thousands on 11x17” paper. Price may be reduced on longer runs.
Full Color Work
Full color work is priced per job, but will run from $.10 to $.70 per side, depending on the ink coverage, colors, and paper type, while tabloid sizes will run from $.20 to $1.20 per side, dependent on the same factors.

Envelopes
Standard white business envelopes cost $48 for 500, $68 for 1000, and subsequent thousands are $62.
Standard remittance envelopes, printed on both sides, are $105 for a thousand black on white. Other sizes and styles quoted per job.
Carbonless Forms
For 8½" x 11", the cost is $68 for the first thousand copies. For 8½" x 14", the cost is $82 for the first thousand copies. Subsequent amounts are charged at the rate of $62 and $76 per thousand, respectively.
Business Cards
The basic charge for black ink on a plain white card stock is $40 for 500, $60 for 1000.
Buttons
We are able to offer full color buttons in the 1", 1¾" and 2¼" size. Unit cost: $.60 to .75 each, depending on size and quantity, with variable set-up cost.
T shirts
Our standard price usually runs $3+cost of shirt one color per shirt. For our union manufactured shirts, a one color on white would cost $7.45 per shirt. Due to the complex nature of pricing shirt printing, we would ask that just like with any print job, you please contact us for a quote for your specific job.
Large format
We can print posters, banners, and other media up to 42 inches wide (depending on width availability of media). The length limitations of a job are specific to how long a roll of a certain media type is available. Some rolls of media can be 10 feet, some can be 60 feet.

Collating & Hand Work
Automatic collating, as well as stapling, inserting, and other hand work, generally runs $38 per hour, and will be quoted by job.

Terms & Conditions
Terms are cash, net 30 days. Discounts offered become void 30 days from notification of completed job. Delinquent accounts will be charged interest at the rate of 1.5% per month until paid, compounded. Default accounts will be liable for reasonable collection and attorney fees. Turnaround time begins when we have a workable electronic file.
Estimates are good for 30 days. Quantities within 10%, more or less, constitute acceptable delivery. You may be billed for over-runs within the 10% tolerance. You will not be billed beyond the quantity of an under-run. Quoted price is assumed to be plus tax, without storage, F.O.B. our shop. Customer is responsible for collecting all original proofs, disks, cd's plates and negatives. Metal plates and the negatives, when used, belong to the customer and we will store them for up to six months.
